SEO Specialist

Entry Level Position

Do you think strategically when it comes to digital marketing? Do search engine rankings and the latest digital marketing trends interest you?

You’ll be tasked with helping clients to improve their online marketing outcomes through search engine optimization.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about digital marketing and are self-proclaimed data nerds. If you get consumed by a topic and have to know more, if you listen to podcasts just because you want to learn something, if you want to learn something new every single day, this could be the role for you!

With this being an entry level position, you will be receiving training and you will directly support our Digital Marketing Manager.


  • Performing keyword research in sync with the client’s business goals in order to optimize the prevailing content and discover new opportunities
  • Assistance in creating and implementing content strategies, keeping in mind the SEO goals
  • Execute campaigns for link building campaigns that should go hand in hand with client’s SEO objectives
  • A detailed analysis of the results derived that should be in coordination with the website’s structure and the web pages
  • Identify internal site structure opportunities to improve user navigation and search engine crawlability
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and mark the key areas of importance according to the client goals
  • Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to SEO
  • Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making recommendations
  • Ensuring that client websites are optimized to bring highly targeted traffic to our clients’ online stores while also ensuring a very strong ROI for every client’s marketing budget
  • Produce, analyze, and send monthly client SEO reports
  • Should suggest and implement strategies for content development. All the strategies should be in sync with SEO objectives
  • Should be able to perform research on latest algorithm updates
  • Share you love for knowledge through our perspective blog articles and in our show The Humm


  • Experience working in an agency (a plus)
  • Ideally would like experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for around 1 to 2 years
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; uncommon organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must know the vitality of mobile optimized website
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Data Analyst – SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

LuccaAM is looking for the next addition to our team. We are an eCommerce focused creative agency driven by a small, passion and results driven group. We focus on more than just good-looking design, we are driven to create action, generate results, and help grow our clients’ businesses.

This role will work with our Digital Marketing Manager on the analytical side of the business and will be responsible for analyzing and growing our clients business through SEO and CRO tactics. In addition to working with our Digital Marketing Manager on analysis, this role will work directly with authors for content for SEO purposes.

This role will include analyzing website and email performance, click and movement heatmaps, mining analytics data for patterns of behavior, conducting user testing, drawing actionable conclusions, formulating testing hypotheses, and forming key growth strategies for a group of accounts.

As with nearly any job at a company of our size, your duties are likely to evolve over time, but this is the core of what you will do as you join LuccaAM:

  • Perform audits of clients’ web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for your clients.
  • Production – Produce meaningful hypothesis, test designs, and deliverables to clients in collaboration with your team.
  • Consumer and UX Research – Setup and monitor multivariate tests, consumer surveys, and analyzing website and marketing campaign performance.
  • Partner with the our internal design and development team to recommend changes based on winning test results.
  • Use an interative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses.
  • Help create initial and monthly client reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the CRO team’s processes and strategies.
  • Client Communication – Setting meetings, presenting to clients, answering questions, conducting research and responding in a helpful manner.
  • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
  • Tools, Trends and Innovation – Awareness of latest conversion optimization trends and technologies; research and adopt effective techniques that improve the client’s bottom line.
  • Understands good UX/UI and how to ensure the site/content/brand plays a part in the customer journey
  • Share your love for knowledge through our perspective blog articles and podcast
  • Flexibility – Be ready to dive in to contribute where needed most, critique, and improve our client results.


  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Expertise with Google Analytics and other analytical tools is a plus
  • Platform experience preferred but can be trained (BigCommerce, Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Thrives on working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Obtains and maintains industry recognized certifications
  • Cares deeply about online end consumer satisfaction, happiness, and loyalty
